Job Position: Welder
Location: Rochester Hills, MI 48309
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr based on experience
Shift: 8-Hour or 10-hour day shifts, Full-Time, Contract/Temporary
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder for a Technology company in Rochester Hills, MI. If you have three or more years’ experience with MIG and TIG welding and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Perform welding and fabrication of vessels, frames, process piping, and other components for our equipment and technology.
Coordinate with the operations team to manage scheduling and priorities for manufacturing components through the weld department.
Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail in all welding tasks.
Utilize MIG & TIG welding techniques for stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
Perform sanitary welding, including polishing and post-weld cleanup.
Read and interpret engineering prints to accurately fabricate frames and ensure clean, full penetration welds.
3-5 years of TIG & MIG welding experience.
Strong communication skills.
Highly driven and detail-oriented.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
