We are currently looking for a Proposal Writer , with experience in writing and leading proposals for European funded Programs (such as Horizon Europe, etc.), who is eager to work in a high paced environment, to join our team!
Do you have a special talent in writing, an excellent command of the English language, a post-graduate degree and previous experience? If yes, we would like to hear from you!
The main responsibilities are:
Writing, revising, editing proposal to produce a final, high quality polished output that has a consistent structure, format, and tone;
Organizing ideas, synthesizing information, and turning objectives and messages into compelling content;
Conducting background research, gathering information from all necessary internal and external sources and evaluating them;
Establishing priorities and deadlines and creating/maintaining proposal file organization;
Assisting in consortium building;
Collecting and analyzing any type of contribution from various partners;
Supporting the management and implementation of international projects under EU funded Programs (e.g. Horizon Europe);
Post-graduate degree in any school of Faculty of Science or Faculty of Engineering;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Availability to travel in Greece and abroad;
Excellent creative and technical writing skills with an eye for detail;
Experience in a similar position and especially in European projects (HORIZON 2020, HORIZON EUROPE)
