Located in the heart of the famed garment district, VERSA is currently seeking a highly motivated leader to join our management team as Assistant Director of Operations. Based in a hotel property the ideal candidate will possess restaurant and or hotel experience in a high-volume operation.
This role will work in partnership under the Director of Operations and provide oversight of daily functions, assist in the coordination of event facilitation, developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction. In addition to having proven communication and leadership skills, a qualified candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of food, beverage, and or service management experience, and is a team collaborator to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
