All cancellations MUST be in writing to Chris Rich: RichC@mhs-pa.org. Individuals sending written requests dated UP TO November 3, 2025 (two weeks before the start date of the event) will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after November 3rd. Personal emergencies will be taken into consideration.
