A top tier Silicon Valley-founded firm is expanding its legendary Technology Transactions practice to meet explosive demand from high-growth tech companies, from seed-stage startups to publicly traded innovators.

This isn't a backfill—it's a strategic build out of a practice that structures the deals behind the companies reshaping every industry.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Draft and negotiate IP licenses, development agreements, partnerships, and distribution deals for cutting-edge tech companies
• Handle commercial transactions for AI, SaaS, biotech, fintech, and hardware companies at every growth stage
• Work on the IP side of M&A, IPOs, venture financings, and other multi-disciplinary deals
• Advise founders and C-suite executives directly (not through three layers of senior associates)
• Build lasting client relationships with companies you'll read about in TechCrunch and the WSJ
• Shape deals that define markets, not just paper them

What You Bring:

• 3-6 years of intellectual property transactional experience (licensing, commercial agreements, tech deals)
• Strong interest in building a career focused on IP and commercial transactions (not litigation)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with fast-moving, high-stakes environments
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Technical or science background is a plus, but not required
