Role Overview

CommanderAI seeks a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead the charge in innovating and optimizing our AI-driven sales solutions. Your mission is to oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. As the Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product strategy and execution. Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for user needs, conducting market research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Technical Oversight: Understand and translate technical requirements into actionable product features.
• Project Management: Manage product development timelines, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and user engagement, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Understanding of software development, AI technologies, and data science principles.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Tools: Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
