Our partnered company is urgently hiring for a Solar Technician based in the Atlanta, GA area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and reputable solar energy provider making a significant impact across Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in solar installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and strong potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial solar PV systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostic testing on inverters, wiring, and panels.
• Conduct routine performance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Interpret electrical and structural plans to ensure accurate installations.
• Comply with NEC codes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to complete work orders efficiently.
• Maintain clean and accurate documentation for all site visits and service calls.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in solar panel installation or solar service technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and wiring methods.
• OSHA 10/30 or NABCEP certification preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
