📍 Roanoke, VA | Hybrid (2–3 days in-office) - Must currently live in the area.

💲 $95,000–$105,000 | Full Benefits | Every Other Friday Off

Our client, a global aerospace and defense leader , is seeking a Sr. Talent Advisor to join the team supporting the Roanoke, VA facility.

About the Role

The Sr. Talent Advisor is a true partner to hiring managers—not just a resume pusher. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, advising, and selecting top talent across a wide range of functions, including Engineering and other critical roles, with logistics support provided by Recruiting Coordinators.

This position offers the opportunity to make an impact within a collaborative, people-first Talent Acquisition team that values proactive problem solvers and strategic advisors.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process.
• Drive end-to-end recruiting strategies , from sourcing to selection, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Recruit for a variety of functions , with an emphasis on Engineering and technical talent.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics.
• Provide market insights and influence hiring decisions with a consultative approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven corporate recruiting experience (agency-only experience will not be considered).
• Background recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including Engineering .
• Strong advisory and consultative skills with hiring managers is a must
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment (2–3 days in-office in Roanoke, VA).
• A proactive, collaborative mindset—you’re more than a recruiter; you’re a partner.
