Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager - Charlotte, NC

Are you ready to take the helm of critical water infrastructure projects? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in Water/Wastewater Treatment for an exciting permanent role based in vibrant Charlotte, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and design efforts for large-diameter water distribution and wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
Manage multi-million-dollar projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Coordinate and mentor project teams, including junior engineers and technical specialists.
Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities, including alternative delivery methods.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Prepare technical reports, design documents, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as needed based on project demands.
