Job Description

Bond Street Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a highly driven Analyst to join our team. Bond Street REIT is a private, perpetual life NAV REIT exclusively focused on open-air convenience retail in southeast markets. The firm is vertically integrated, with in-house capabilities across asset management, property management and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex Excel-based financial models, including mark-to-market analyses and portfolio-level return modeling
• Develop and manage corporate-level financial models to consolidate asset performance, aggregate cash flows and support capital stack evaluations; execute tranche-level roll-up analyses across entities and investment structures
• Support reporting deliverables, prepare asset-level updates, manage data room materials and respond to investor inquiries; assist with miscellaneous analyses, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives across the portfolio
• Conduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition due diligence and a growing cadence
• Aggregate and analyze financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk
• Prepare consolidated debt schedules and debt maturity profiles across assets and legal entities
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or CRE preferred
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Understanding of REIT structures strongly preferred

Must be willing to relocate. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Charleston, South Carolina.
