Senior Scheduler – Top 10 ENR Commercial General Contractor | Norfolk, Virginia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Provide scheduling support for large-scale, complex commercial construction projects , ensuring timelines and milestones are met
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other stakeholders to review, analyze, and communicate scheduling updates
  • Perform schedule risk analysis , identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct regular site walks to validate progress and identify potential schedule deviations
  • Generate detailed reports and analyze data to optimize project performance
  • Facilitate coordination between departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction , preferably with a leading ENR-ranked general contractor
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering , or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of supporting ground-up commercial projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project schedules
