Job Description

A private household in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable and hardworking Runner to support the daily needs of the home. This role is focused on errands, household support, and general assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of discretion. There is no direct interaction with the principals in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily errands such as coffee runs, shopping, and restocking household supplies
• Maintain inventory of household items; ensure properties are consistently stocked and organized
• Provide logistical support for the household team, including pickups, deliveries, and ad hoc requests
• Take direction from household management while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, accurately, and with professionalism
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety and confidentiality protocols
• Support weekend and holiday schedules as needed

Requirements:

• Must be Los Angeles-based with strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, vendors, and services
• Prior experience in a service or support role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction while working independently and efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a flexible schedule
• Positive, grounded, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; access to reliable transportation
• Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to troubleshoot challenges on the go

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (weekends required; holidays as needed)

Compensation: $25/hour
