Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Salisbury, NC

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday - 9:00am-6:00pm

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be primarily working on the production line cutting and arranging, or re-packaging orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish or bilingual in English/Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the production line
• Cutting flowers and arranging them for customer orders to ship
• Re-packaging orders for shipment
• Build and assemble boxes for production needs.
• Stack and wrap pallets once box-building tasks are completed.
• Work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily production goals.
• Be prepared for overtime when needed to meet production demands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong attendance and reliability are required.
• Comfortable working in cold storage conditions.
• Fluent Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous warehouse or palletizing experience
