To help us drive excellence, you will:

• Ensure products produced meet OEM customer Quality standards.
• Accountable for the Plant's CMM functions.
• Conduct part layouts and capability studies to assure parts meet or exceed dimensional requirement of the customer.
• Train and support groups of Associates with Quality standards.
• This full-time role is a part of our Quality Team and reports to the Quality Manager.

Success Factors:

• Associates/Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent CMM Programmer experience in automotive manufacturing; metal stamping a strongly preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer, strongly prefer an automotive manufacturing environment or equivalent CMM Programmer experience.
• Solid experience in calibration methods and use of measuring tools.
• 2+ years CMM experience; Brown and Sharpe a plus.
• Experience with Quality root cause analysis problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of TS16949 requirements in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with manufacturing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficienct with PC-DMIS, MSOFFICE, ERP, and Quality systems.
