Position: Project and Budget Coordinator

Compensation: $40 - $47 /hour

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project and Budget Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic and growing company seeking a proactive Project and Budget Coordinator for a 2-3 month contract with potential for extension. Dive into a collaborative work environment where you can enhance processes and contribute to significant financial projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a senior team member, supporting project budgeting and Oracle Financials tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate project budgets and track financial progress



• Manage requisitions and invoicing within Oracle Financials



• Assist with accruals, cash forecasting, and invoice forecasting



• Support senior team member in improving process efficiencies



• Handle and process large invoices confidently

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle Financials and requisition processes



• Strong budgeting and project tracking skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Statements of Work (SOW)



• IT/software knowledge is a plus
