Job Description

We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager with deep domain expertise in credit card origination and consumer lending products . The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value and enhance the customer journey in the credit card acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the roadmap and execution of the credit card origination platform and workflows .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable product backlogs and user stories .
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and operations teams to prioritize and deliver features.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC, AML, Fair Lending, etc.) are addressed in product design.
• Analyze customer and application data to identify friction points and drive continuous improvements.
• Define and track success metrics , and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends , digital onboarding best practices, and credit card product innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in financial services, preferably in credit card origination or consumer lending .
• Strong understanding of origination workflows , including identity verification, credit underwriting, application decision-making, and fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs , write user stories, and lead agile teams.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments impacting credit card origination.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
