MIG Welder & Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder and Fabricator to join our team. This position focuses on welding aluminum and structural steel, fabricating custom frames for greenhouses, and supporting commercial projects. You'll start in our shop and have the option to travel Monday through Friday across multiple states.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and structural steel components
• Cut, prep, and fabricate metals for shipment
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial projects
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Use hand and power tools (drills, hammers, tape measures)
• Read and work from blueprints
• Comfortably work on ladders and travel for 35 days at a time

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially aluminum
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Experience in a small shop environment

Preferred:

• Experience with structural steel

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
