Schedule:   Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, discreet, and highly reliable   Private Chauffeur Driver   to provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for VIP clients. This role requires exceptional customer service, a polished appearance, and an understanding of high-level client expectations. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a pristine vehicle and delivering a seamless, luxury experience with every ride.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport clients to and from destinations in a timely, safe, and courteous manner
  • Offer door-to-door service, including opening doors, handling luggage, and escorting clients when appropriate
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Ensure vehicle is cleaned, fueled, and inspected daily before shifts
  • Use navigation tools efficiently and adjust routes for traffic or client preference
  • Communicate with dispatch or scheduling team to confirm assignments and schedule updates
  • Provide a confidential and comfortable environment for clients
  • Maintain detailed trip logs, mileage records, and other required documentation
  • Perform minor maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Drivers should have knowledge of Nashville area for traffic conditions and road closures for events to be able to discern best routes and ensure they can meet client pickup and dropoff needs.

Qualifications
  • Valid TN  driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license with an “F” endorsement (Endorsements A, B, C or CDL are also acceptable)
  • Ability to pass FBI fingerprint screening
  • Minimum of 3-5  years of professional driving or chauffeur experience preferred
  • Familiarity with high-end vehicles (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads and traffic patterns
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Physically capable of lifting luggage or packages (up to 50 lbs) if needed
  • Flexible schedule — available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • POS system knowledge
  • Must pass a background check

Preferred Traits
  • Prior experience driving for executives, celebrities, or in hospitality/luxury services
  • CPR or basic emergency training is a plus
  • Professional attire and grooming are strictly required
  • Existing OPVH Driver for Nashville
