Overview

Since 1999, Plastic Surgery Studios has been a leader in digital marketing for plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic dentists, and other medical professionals worldwide. We manage the online presence of hundreds of clients, from website design and content marketing to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and social media marketing .

As a PPC Specialist , you will play a critical role in driving client success and business growth by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) . You’ll be responsible for client communication, campaign performance, data analysis, and strategy refinement to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).

This is an on-site, full-time position at our fun, fast-paced office, where you’ll enjoy perks like Free Donut Fridays, monthly company lunches, and a collaborative team environment with room for professional growth.

Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing
• Develop and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (remarketing and targeted campaigns)
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities for client campaigns
• Write engaging ad copy that improves CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates
• Set up conversion tracking and lead attribution to ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting for better efficiency and lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)

Client Communication & Reporting

• Lead client meetings to discuss campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations
• Provide monthly reports with actionable insights on lead volume, conversion rates, and ad spend performance
• Troubleshoot lead delivery issues, ensuring clients receive quality leads via CRM integrations and call tracking
• Collaborate with the SEO, content, and web teams to align PPC strategies with broader digital marketing goals

Growth & Strategy

• Continuously test and refine campaign structures to improve efficiency and lead quality
• Stay up to date on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and industry trends to apply best practices
• Identify new opportunities for scaling client campaigns and increasing ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bid strategies, and landing page optimization
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM lead tracking
• Ability to analyze campaign data and present insights to clients in a clear, strategic manner
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile Ads
• Knowledge of A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance for medical marketing
