Job Opportunity: Flexologist at StretchLab StretchLab, with locations in Arcadia, Desert Ridge, Gainey, North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale Ranch, is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and stretch therapists to join our team. Our team of experts includes professionals certified in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. We pride ourselves on having the finest team of stretching professionals. Our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) ensures clients receive world-class stretching sessions. As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes for our clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group classes for up to 6 clients. Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions. Build and retain client membership. Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing policies. Attend staff meetings and educational sessions. Handle member concerns appropriately. Assist with studio tours, offsite events, and sales activities. Maintain a strong social media presence to engage and retain clients. Keep all equipment clean and well-maintained for client use. Qualifications: Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, flexibility, and mobility. Relevant certifications or licenses, such as: Licensed Massage Therapist Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aide) Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor At least 2 years of experience in a fitness or health environment providing hands-on client training. Ability to create a welcoming, positive environment. Excellent communication skills and empathy. Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies. Willingness to complete our Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person training, and 20 hours of practice.
