Candidate requirements: Experience in the optical field-at least 2 years Availability to work full time or part time 10-6 M-F Great interpersonal and customer service skills Familiarity working with many vision plans Must feel comfortable selling high end products Knowledge of current lens technology Can bill VSP * Job Responsibilities: Sell premium quality eyewear Fit, adjust and dispense glasses Provide the most appropriate ophthalmic lens selections for patients Answer phones to schedule patients and answer general questions as needed Verify insurances and interpret benefits from a large variety of medical and vision plans Contact lens training If you are an exceptional optician, we'd love to receive your resume and cover letter!
