Are you an Operations Manager with experience managing a fleet of CDL drivers, looking to put your own stamp on a longstanding, stable business, by developing and growing a team of 10 truck drivers and 6 warehouse workers?

This company have a fantastic reputation in their industry and have the financial backing of a large organization at the forefront of the oil sector. They have expanded significantly in recent years, having acquired several new locations to aid in their distribution operations.
In this management role, you will be overseeing a team of 10 CDL drivers, 6 warehouse workers, and 2 temporary workers. This role entails regular customer interaction, route analyzation and tracking worker productivity. You will also take part in interviews and play a key part in growing the department, at a location that was purchased recently.
