Job Description

Located in the heart of downtown Versailles, Kentucky. The Aldenberg Hotel in Versailles is looking for Transportation Stewards to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be part of the guest’s entire stay, from arrival to departure. A typical shift will include valet attendant, shuttle driver, and porter (or bellhop) responsibilities.
You’ll be expected to provide exceptional, professional service when interacting with guests, handle luggage to and from rooms, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with directions, and transport guests to various off-site locations using the hotel shuttle. Other duties include vehicle inspection, record keeping (shuttle van fuel & mileage), safe handling of keys, and other job-specific duties as outlined in hotel procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid state-issued driver’s license & a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to drive all sizes of vehicles
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach with arms, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds with the use of luggage carts.
• Ability to work in various temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels
• Ability to work with a team, and take direction from the Manager on Duty
