Responsibilities

• Manage office maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
• Oversee mailroom, print/copy services, and basic facility maintenance
• Support event logistics, meeting setups, and internal communications
• Respond promptly to client needs and deliver white-glove hospitality service
• Participate in training and promote a positive, proactive culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities
• High energy, white-glove hospitality mindset with a polished demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
