Position: Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
Department: Apparel & Licensing (MotorClothes)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
  
• Assist customers with apparel, accessories, and merchandise selection.
  
• Drive sales by connecting with customers and showcasing Harley-Davidson’s iconic products.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
  
• Support merchandising efforts and ensure accurate inventory management.
  

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and a "go-getter" mindset.
  
• Excellent appearance and a professional demeanor.
  
• Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays.
  
• 2 years of previous retail sales experience is required.
  
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
