Duration: 12-Month Contract


Pay: $29-34/ph










Job Summary:


In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks involving two or more maintenance or craft trades to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and building systems. Your work will directly contribute to the upkeep and reliability of our medical device client's facility infrastructure and mechanical assets.






Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
  
  
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  
  
• Inspect and maintain components such as motors, belts, and filters per established maintenance checklists.
  
  
• Utilize a wide range of tools and devices, including hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, and precision measuring/testing equipment.
  
  
• Install, assemble, or repair electrical wiring, electronic components, plumbing systems, and machinery.
  
  
• Operate and test equipment to identify malfunctions and verify repairs.
  
  
• Document maintenance activities, including type and cost of repairs performed.
  
  
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanical components such as shafts, gears, and bearings.
  
  
• Disassemble equipment to access and replace defective parts using appropriate lifting and hand tools.

  Education & Experience:
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required.
  
  
• 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
