Job Description

Axios Professional Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist in Wayland, MI. This candidate must be willing to learn and develop CNC skills such as setting up programming, tooling changes, speed/feed adjustments, etc. Pay will be based on experience/skill set.

CNC Machinist Benefits/Compensation:

• $21-27/Hr
• 10 hour shifts for overtime

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Nights 3:30pm to 1:30am
• VISI software or Work NC preferred.
• Blueprint reading
• Understanding tolerance, X,Y and Z Axis, and some tooling.
• 3-axis or 5-axis Mills
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing of our processes.
• Cross Training with current team members on best practices.

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School or Equivalent
