Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking Legal Recruiting Professionals to join us and commence their LOD consultant journey.

• Contract - ASAP; roughly 2 month duration
• Pay starting at $28/hour
• On-site; 9:30am - 5:30pm + OT

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail oriented Legal Recruiting Professional to support their fast-paced recruiting operations involving summer associates, first year associates, lateral associates, and lateral partners. If you thrive on coordination, scheduling, client service and are energized by a culture that values inclusivity and precision, you might be the perfect fit. Tasks include:

• Coordinating interview schedules and attorney & candidate communications
• Assisting with onboarding and summer associate programs
• Liaising with reception for visitor logistics and building entry
• Collaborating with the team to monitor ViRecruit and other HRIS platforms

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or other administrative environment
• Have a bachelor's degree
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Have prior experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
• Have familiarity with ViRecruit, iManage, or other HRIS platforms
