Inventory Control Supervisor, G-III Apparel Group

Success Profile:

• The Inventory Control Supervisor manages inventory levels and ensures its accuracy within the DC. This position is responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying variances, trends, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy while minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency. Manage day to day cycle counting process and supervise multiple cycle counters. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing MAWM cycle count UI, and work closely with DC supervisors and managers in all areas within the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise cycle counters and execute daily cycle count schedule and process.
• Analyze inventory levels and trends to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory movements and analyze data.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven work experience as lead or supervisor
• 3+ years' experience in distribution or warehouse inventory management
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual - able to speak and understand Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work extended days and weekends as business needs require
• Inventory cycle counts
• Scan products into locations
• Strong leadership and communications skills

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 per year -$75,000 per year
