Were looking for a licensed Attorney (JD) or Associate with 27 years of experience at a corporate or commercial law firm, someone who has worked extensively with contracts, MSAs, BAAs, and other tech-related legal agreements. The ideal candidate is excited to pivot out of traditional practice and leverage their legal training in a fast-growing LegalTech / AI startup environment.
In this role, youll partner with prospective clients across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, bringing legal credibility and subjectmatter expertise to product demos, discovery calls, and presentations. Youll help translate complex legal workflows into clear product value, influence buying decisions, and play a direct role in driving revenue and market adoption.
