Immigration opportunity for an attorney admitted to practice in North Carolina.
Seeking candidates who have a passion for immigration law - 2+ years of immigration experience required and speak Spanish.
The individual would represent unaccompanied minor children through our established partnerships, provide direct representation to the children including Know Your Rights presentations, screening for eligibility, applications to USCIS and representation before the Immigration Court. The attorney will maintain a direct representation caseload and, through the course of representation, collaborate with other attorneys, mental health professionals and interns to provide holistic representation to clients.
