Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and showers to a high standard of hygiene.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in clubhouses, dining areas, hallways, and fitness centers.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces including furniture, counters, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins throughout the club and replace liners.
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as the lobby, dining room, and event spaces.
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) in all restrooms and changing areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces such as patios and pool areas (as needed).
• Handle special cleaning tasks for events, weddings, or seasonal needs.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow club protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with members and guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
