• Drive operational excellence across all departments in a high volume, full service hotel environment

Who You Are

• A proven hotel leader with 5 or more years of full service hotel management experience
• Hilton brand experience is highly preferred
• A natural relationship builder who leads with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• A strategic thinker with a strong grasp of hotel P and L, labor control, and guest satisfaction drivers
• A passionate team mentor committed to building culture and growing talent

A Day in the Life

You begin your morning with your department leads, reviewing guest feedback, key metrics, and action plans. Mid morning, you walk the property, greet returning guests, and support your team with real time coaching. In the afternoon, you review forecasts, build team schedules, and partner with sales to drive business. Every day brings opportunities to solve problems, celebrate wins, and build a team culture you are proud of.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience
• Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to 30%, performance based
