Are you an experienced HVAC/R professional with strong leadership skills? Our client is looking for a Service Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians and ensure exceptional service delivery for their customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and schedule HVAC/R service technicians to meet customer needs.
• Act as the technical lead for complex diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Review and approve job tickets, timesheets, and service reports.
• Work directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (EPA, OSHA).
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to strengthen technical and customer service skills.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control of service tools and parts.
• Partner with dispatch and sales teams to prioritize service calls and projects.
• Track KPIs such as response time, first-time fix rate, and customer feedback.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC and Refrigeration service experience, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required; OSHA training a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
