We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Electrical Apprentices . This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the electrical trade while working alongside experienced professionals. You’ll gain valuable skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across industrial projects.

Job Duties -

-Assist licensed electricians with daily tasks and projects

-Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

-Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, switches, and fixtures under supervision

-Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

-Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

-Participate in ongoing training and apprenticeship programs

Requirements -

-High school diploma or GED required

-No prior electrical experience necessary—training provided

-Strong interest in the electrical trade and willingness to learn

-Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)

-Reliable transportation to job sites

-Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Altoona, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Altoona,IA.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 31, 2025.
