Job Title: Flight Support Assistant

Job Location: Tolleson, AZ 85353

Job Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of conversion or extension)

Responsibilities:

• Support daily flight operations as part of the flight crew, including mission planning and safety checklists.
• Prepare for the day's operations , including installing batteries and moving aircraft to and from the flight line.
• Work with aircraft and flight operations equipment to actually deliver packages .
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for various processes.
• Assist in field operations to ensure a safe operational environment.

Required:

• MUST HAVE a current and valid FAA Part 107 Certificate for small unmanned aircraft operations. Learn more at:
• 2+ years of work experience or a completed Associate's degree.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of equipment (drones, batteries, etc.).
• Capable of bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods .
• Comfortable climbing ladders to access drones or perform maintenance.
• Good visual acuity to identify obstacles and hazards during drone operations.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, with potential for overtime.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training (up to 2 weeks at a time).
