Our growing company is in need of a strong and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team! We need someone who is confident in both leadership and patient communication and financial case acceptant at a high producing pace. Someone who can balance managing office operations with helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans.

This position is full-time, includes some Saturdays, and offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a well-established and supportive dental team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Oversee and support the front office team to maintain efficiency and positivity
• Handle all aspects of treatment coordination — present and explain treatment plans, review financials, and help patients schedule care. Utilize 3rd party financing as the primary resource.
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
• Track and meet office performance goals, scheduling, and collections
• Resolve patient concerns in a professional and caring manner

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of dental management experience in a successful high producing practice.
• Will consider strong Treatment Coordinators with the ability and motivation to lead a successful high producing practice.
• Bilingual Preferred, not mandatory.
• A full time and professional leader.
