Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to be a part of our team, delivering excellent service and embodying our company values.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting as well as a good driving record, the ability to work well with others, and a self-motivated mentality.
Responsibilities - Follow all Department of Transportation standards and regulations, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete necessary paperwork for delivered merchandise
- Load/unload merchandise and ensure the vehicle is organized
- Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties
- Back up other drivers routes when needed
- Provide quality customer service
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications - 1 year minimum of delivery driving experience
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company policy
- Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis
- Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
