Spartan Logistics is looking for a dedicated Custodian to join our team in Toledo, OH, to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our team. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and will be expected to float between 3 separate warehouses in Toledo on a rotating schedule. Your Role as a Custodian

As a Custodian at Spartan Logistics, you will help ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees by:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and refilling dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Cleaning break rooms, including sinks, countertops, and appliances
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners
• Maintaining janitorial equipment in clean, safe working conditions
• Using and labeling all chemicals properly and safely
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 6 months of cleaning experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
• Reliable transportation
• Physically able to bend, kneel, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions

All candidates must successfully complete a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.
