As a Creative Services Specialist , you’ll balance materials production, creativity and strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail to support partnerships and clients. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas and materials to completion — for point-of-sale materials, campaigns, print and digital assets, events, and internal initiatives.

Comfortable with Mac Book

Experience with : Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel skills

Able to work in collaborative team and take feedback and multiple changes in copy routinely and with ease

Key Responsibilities —

Art & Forms Production with Minor Design

• Receive daily POS (Point-of-Sale) orders directly from Agents, Executive Team, Sales Team or from any Department for POS materials by phone, email, order form, Trello board or verbally
• Add projects to the job board with appropriate naming conventions
• Create all POS materials requested in the order
• Route POS materials through compliance, Dealer Setups, proofing and get final approval from Agents or Sales Team if needed
• Manage and update library of approved POS materials ensure accessibility to Sales Team
• If order is external and needs to be sent out to an external address, coordinate all with Shipping department
• Daily Purchase Orders — Daily release of multiple press-ready art files with P.O.s to maintain quantities of POS being shipped out or for on shelf availability.

Related Tasks and Duties

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand parameters, compliance, and the needs of our Sales Team
• Ensure internal workflow processes are followed; Keep project managers and Marketing Team informed throughout design development cycle
• Quote, manage and coordinate all projects with print vendors. Manage outside printing jobs - specs, bids, press check, turn time & distribution
• Maintain consistency of message and design across all POS materials
• Maintain ad deadlines and other Marketing events on job board
• Maintain assets and electronic files on a shared servers
• Maintain high quality control regarding file preparation/naming
• Prioritize large volumes of projects and consistently make deadlines
