Overview

Frontier Ready Mix, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Truck Driver with experience operating concrete mixer trucks and transporting materials to construction sites. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and punctuality, and is capable of thriving in dynamic outdoor work environments.

This role is critical to supporting our on-site operations, and requires precision in vehicle handling, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective coordination with both dispatch and field crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure secure loading and unloading of materials, following established safety protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Assist in material handling by operating loaders or other heavy equipment as needed.
• Accurately maintain logs and delivery documentation, including quantities, time stamps, and site locations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and team members to ensure delivery precision and job site readiness.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicle
  
   

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  
   
• Demonstrated experience operating concrete mixer trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
  
   
• Familiarity with the operation of loaders and related heavy machinery.
  
   
• Solid understanding of construction site logistics, safety regulations, and DOT compliance.
  
   
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team-driven environment.
  
   
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and time-management capabilities.
  
   

Work Environment & Schedule

• Outdoor work conditions with exposure to weather elements.
  
   
• Standard schedule includes 8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime based on project needs.
