POSITION: Business Analyst 3

JOB TYPE: W2 Full Time

24-month ongoing Contract

LOCATION: Peoria, IL

JOB SUMMARY FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST 3:

• Seeking a Business Analyst 3 for a manufacturing client based out of Peoria, IL.
• Onsite 5days/week 8am-5pm CST Full Time
• Pay Range: $31.43-$34.39hr

RESPONSIBILITY FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST 3:

• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization
• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
• Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
• Set up project and work breakdown structures.
• Establish and document business processes.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
• Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST 3:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
• Masters with 2+ years of experience
• Associates with 8+ years of experience
• Actual experience (not including internship tenure)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST 3:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – primarily Excel
• Experience with commercial pricing of heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, etc.
• Salesforce
• Prior experience in a commercial support role Soft Skills
• Self-motivated
• Process outputs of role are a mixture tasks that need to be provided to business partners
• Time Management and highly organized to manage pricing projects simultaneously
• Accuracy and attention to detail due to role being responsible for determining customer-facing pricing
• Willingness to collaborate with coworkers on tasks outside of normal scope
