Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps is looking to fill full time and part time attendant / customer service positions.
Salary: $19.22/hr
Part-time shifts: 20hrs/week 2:00PM – 6:00PM Monday – Friday
Full-time shifts: 40hrs/week Monday-Friday
Attendant / Customer Service Representative
Attendant’s will be responsible for assisting customers with entry/exit into the parking facilities when needed, general ramp cleaning, monitoring parking facilities, addressing issues, and communicating daily with Buffalo Civic Managers, security, and office staff.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Follow company standard facility operating procedures.
· Help instruct the patron on the credit card payment process, ticket validation process, and credential access process when requested.
· Answering general questions from patrons and instructing them to call the office when deemed necessary.
· Calling security to assist locating a person’s vehicle in the facility.
· Blocking off a lane and alerting maintenance of an issue
· Clearing a ticket or receipt jam, rebooting a revenue control device
· Covering for other attendants’ lunch or shift when requested by a manager.
· Using the ‘roving attendant’ credential, filling out due bills, and completing incident reports
· Light janitorial duties
· Move around the parking ramp from one street entrance/exit to another to assist patrons in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Valid driver license
· High school diploma
· No experience necessary, will train all duties.
· Good communication skills with patrons and staff
