Job Title: Associate Director of Project Management

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $165,000 to $175,000

Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with an Owner's Representaive consultancy in Los Angeles to help recruit them a new Associate Director of Project Management. With a particular focus on healthcare the role will be specialising in helping a well respected client in the construction of small hospitals and rehab facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple healthcare projects around the Los Angeles Metro area.
• Be the lynchpin between end users, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
• Lead on all issues and taking action to rectify any matters that should arise.
• Making sure the work is compliant and adheres to all legislation.
• Manage a small team providing guidance, mentoring and support.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven track record in the healthcare sector and in particular small bespoke build outs.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related subject matter.
