Dispatcher – Pest, Fire Sprinkler, Alarm & Security, HVAC

Ideal Partners, a growing company based in southwest Fort Worth, is seeking a Dispatcher to support multiple divisions including HVAC, Pest Control, Fire Sprinkler, Alarm, and Security. Dispatcher duties will include:

• Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers
• Create and manage work orders in the ERP system
• Schedule technicians and coordinate service routes
• Process completed service tickets and ensure timely data entry
• Update customer records and support field techs as needed
• Order and track materials, manage vendor communication, and monitor inventory
• Interact regularly with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal teams

Dispatcher background should include:

• Experience with dispatching or coordinating field service operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and scheduling software
• Familiarity with ERP systems and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required
