Associate Attorney - Family Law

About:

We are a leading family law firm in Texas and are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our Dallas office. We are known for our collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and dedication to putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
• Manage your own docket with support from experienced mentors
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials
• Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes
• Maintain client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in family law or related litigation
• Strong understanding of the Texas Family Code and Rules of Civil Procedure
• Courtroom confidence and excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping families navigate challenging transitions
