Preventative maintenance and special projects.
Maintain 24- hour oncall.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.
EPA Certification.
Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair required.
Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
