The position requires attention to detail, familiarity with technical print industry terminology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of customer service experience, is required. The role also demands strong organizational skills, basic mechanical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, with standard work hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
