Trainers Wanted

Professional, Hospital & Security Settings

We are seeking outgoing, highly responsible and motivated individuals to join our safety specialist team of trainers. We will train you to teach our workplace safety theory and techniques to hospital staff and security professionals.

Required Qualification’s:

· Professional and Responsible Demeanor

· Strong Communication Skills

· Willingness and Positive Approach to Learning New Content. (Training is provided to qualified candidates).

· Courage and Confidence to teach a group of people (clinical staff or security staff) safety theory and techniques.

Additional Ideal Qualification’s:

· Public Speaking Experience

· Training or Teaching Experience

· Knowledge of hospital protocols, patient rights and trauma-informed care principles.

· Certification in de-escalation or crisis response.

· Self-defense background a plus

*Relevant Experience – Salary/Wage range may be dependent on experience and skill level.
