Job Description Type of Requisition: Pipeline Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: None Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: SCA Skills: Blueprints, Manual Welding, Stick Welding, Welding, Welding Procedures Certifications: None Experience: 1+ years of related experience US Citizenship Required: Yes Job Responsibilities Perform production welding with precision, maintaining quality and safety standards. Maintain welding certifications and keep records of work and equipment. Apply welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair metal parts based on blueprints, sketches, or work orders. Prepare and set up parts using measuring tools and fixtures. Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications. Assemble fabricated pieces into structures, including large sub-assemblies and interior steel work. Provide guidance to less-experienced welders. Adhere to safety procedures and participate in special projects as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. Certifications in Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Copper/Nickel; MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. 3-5 years of related experience. Must be a US Citizen.
